Lamborghini layout

Hey guys.
Is anyone here able to make me a layout?

If so here are some details:
Background:
- url: http://www.rsportscars.com/foto/10/m...02_01_1024.jpg
- position: center
- mode: no-repeat (not tiled)
- form: fixed (not scrolled)

Tables:
- background: transparent
- border: (have a play, see what looks best, colour and style)

Other:
- Could you add an extra table.
- i would also like to re-order the tables, move them around. (If you do not know how to do this then don't worry.) If you do I would like it in the following order:

Top Left: Joshy D (Pic and basic profile thing)
Top Right: Extended Network
Left 1: Joshy D's Details
Right 1: Contacting Joshy D
Right 2: Joshy D's Interests
Right 3: Joshy D's School
Center: My Video
Center: My Extra Box
Left 2: Joshy D's Friends
Right 4: Joshy D's Friends Comments

It should look something like this:

except i just set the table backgrounds to transparent because that looks better.
problem is ive tried it and no other codes work whilst it's on.
